What if I'm an introvert?
This EXPO is designed to speak directly to the needs of introvert personality types. As an introvert myself, I know what the crippling effects of fear and anxiety can do when wanting to effectively and confidently speak and share your message. I will be sharing some impactful insight and practices that have helped me to overcome my own fear of being in front of audiences and the camera in pursuit of my passion for acting and motivational speaking. The good news is that the techniques and insight I'll be sharing are LEARNED strategies that when implemented can help transform fear and anxiety into a grounded passion and excitement for sharing your message and voice.
How can I get the most out of the Expo?
